Safety In Australia

A real look at not only safety but culture effecting safety, unlike other safety sites that lie about how good everything is, this site sets out to identify not only the causes of 5,000 workplace deaths in Australia each year but also highlight those that are responsible for the deaths. Also focussing on road safety and the pathetic attempt to blame drivers for poor road design. Air travel and rail travel will not escape the eyes of the experienced either!

A focuss will also be made on the unqualified people classing themselves as safety professionals in this country, it's clear they cannot be professionals without proving their competence through tertiary education and the lack of committment by these people towards safety in this country is showing in our workplaces on our roads and everywhere else you look. A good example is the safety forum on Aussie Yabber where the moderator is a quality assurance officer and somehow with that little experience and knowledge he can moderate and edit comments from fully qualified and experience safety personnel.

P.S. this is just the start of the site, updating when time permits.
